Diego’s, in Dupont Circle, is the best barbershop in DC. Here, you will get a great haircut for 20 bucks, with an Italian lesson thrown in. A DC institution, don’t be surprise if u get a haircut next to a senator or congressman. Tell Diego: “Grazie Mille!” and “Arrivaderci” as you leave.
